HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 1089 By: Key AS INTRODUCED
A Joint Resolution claiming sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over certain powers; serving notice to the federal government to cease and desist certain mandates; and directing distribution.
WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”; and
WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment defines the total scope of federal power as being that specifically granted by the Constitution of the United States and no more; and WHEREAS, the scope of power defined by the Tenth Amendment means that the federal government was created by the states specifically to be an agent of the states; and
WHEREAS, today, in 2008, the states are demonstrably treated as agents of the federal government; and
WHEREAS, many federal mandates are directly in violation of the tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States; and
WHEREAS, the United States Supreme Court has ruled in New York v. United States, 112 S. Ct. 2408 (1992), that Congress may not simply commandeer the legislative and regulatory processes of the states; and
WHEREAS, a number of proposals from previous administrations and some now pending from the present administration and from Congress may further violate the Constitution of the United States.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 51ST OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
THAT the State of Oklahoma hereby claims sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and granted to the federal government by the Constitution of the United States.
THAT this serve as Notice and Demand to the federal government, as our agent, to cease and desist, effective immediately, mandates that are beyond the scope of these constitutionally delegated powers.
THAT a copy of this resolution be distributed to the President of the United States, the President of the United States Senate, the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate of each state’s legislature of the United States of America, and each member of the Oklahoma Congressional Delegation.

OK!!! That is great! So now the State has all the power. The power to unlawfully detain you, charge you, fine you, imprison you until the full amount is paid, paid, paid. I heard a cop the other day tell someone that they were on his sidewalk… To tax your property and then take it unlawfully and without “just compensation” without “due process”. Did you know that “every Judge in every state is bound by it” (the Constitution)? That every public official is sworn to “support this constitution”? How many of them even know one article??
Ok, so lets hold these “rat bas turds” to their oath of office! If they don’t know it then they are committing fraud! Oops did we just skip a few steps for the feeble minded? Ok, a mechanic that does not know what a carburetor is, a doctor that does not know what “hyper” means, a teacher that does not know “English”, a carpenter that does not know what a two by four is, a plumber that knows not what PVC and CPVC are and so forth, are all committing FRAUD. Pretending to be something they are not! Pretending to be able to perform a function they can not, this is called fraud and they have not even sworn an OATH! An Oath means, I promise, no matter what! Nothing and no one, no circumstances, no situation, NOTHING shall make me abridge, violate or in anyway degrade the office being held. There is no exception!! it even goes on to state that any abridgment or violation of the oath means that the person in that position of public trust of public servitude, immediately vacates the position. So these people are now pretending to hold an office they vacated the moment they took the oath, because they did not study it and learn it word for word and understand the “principals” to support. “Neither slavery nor INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE, … SHALL EXIST….” Which simply means no one and nothing shall impose its’ will upon us!! Even the Constitution can not be imposed upon us but is imposed upon all those that take an oath to it! Which is every position created by it and all legislatures, executive and Judicial officers of the states. The laws and therefore the law makers of the states are subject to it, limited by it. “No State shall MAKE or ENFORCE ANY Law (which includes any color of law such as, codes, ordinances or even custom) (see: USC title 18, part 1, chapter 13, sec. 241 &242), which abridges the privileges or immunities”
Ok, so back to the 10th article of the bill of rights, which by the way was not just an amendment but a condition of the signing of the Constitution. Read it again, “The powers not Delegated to the United States by the Constitution,(don’t exist, they don’t have) nor prohibited by it to the States (and most every form of imposing upon is clearly prohibited), are reserved to the States respectively, OR (either your pregnant or your not, either I have the power OR the State has the power) the PEOPLE. I’m a PEOPLE, I reserve all powers!!! Do you reserve all powers? Or are you a baby that needs to be governed, told what to think, say, feel, do, not do, not think, not stand up, not have morals, responsibilities, decency, care concern, desire, dreams, or any of the other things that make up a living soul and breathing spirit???
If you want to be a slave, servant, sheep, moron, brick in the wall, well that is your right but do not impose your religion of government upon me! Yes, government is a religion, a belief system. People believe they need to be governed so they create governments to govern them. Ok, and some people hire nannies to raise their children or just let them run wild, put them in a “public institution” (of children with parents who don’t want to be with their child) and indoctrinate them into having few values and above all do as their told and don’t question, conform and become a moron like their parents) where upon graduating they will know little of, how to think for themselves, will have little to no desires, dreams or aspirations.
They will believe completely that everyone in a uniform has authority and they must obey “resistance is futile”. They will believe that they need an education from the de-educating system in order to get a job…. JOB: A Place where one goes for 8 hrs a day to see how little can be done and how inefficient it can be accomplished while doing ones best to talk bad about everyone, create hurtful rumors, distract with meaningless mind games, emails and step on each other to get to the top or just maintain (Job security), while fake smiling at the supervisor/boss and see how little can actually be accomplished yet still bitch about the pay and treatment. “we need a bigger refrigerator in the lounge”. Then take that money, give it to the “religious leaders” (government) first and let them decide where your money should be spent, like on feeding a family of eight that have never worked a day in their lives except to fill out the forms to get “benefits”. Upon which you will promptly go and waist your “hard earned money ” that is left over on junk food that will cost everyone tons later in health care, video games to keep the little brats away from you, a movie so you can toon completely out, beer, wine, joint, pill, line, or go out to the local pub where it is just like work except the drinks are much more expensive…
Well, That is your religion, not mine!! Excuse me, their religion not mine.
My religion is simple, the creator does not impose therefore there should be no imposing! I am responsible, a co creator and I’ve got a lot to get done, So I reserve ALL POWERS to myself. My body is my holy temple, the universe is my church and every day is a holy day. So don’t defile my temple, I’m in church always so no need for a building, I am in constant direct communication with my creator so I don’t need a go between and every day is a day to do good. The Declaration of Independence stated it well, “when (not if) when a long train of abuses and usurpations, perusing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism (control), it is their right, it is their DUTY, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their security.” guard that, PROTECTS OUR RIGHTS, What that? What is their purpose? TO PROTECT US FROM BEING INFRINGED UPON. To make sure no one, no organization, no corporation like United States (yes it is a corporation and a foreign one at that!) takes our property, money, labor, freedoms, liberties, beliefs, and all the other millions of rights, away or even infringes upon them or us (gets close to). !!!!! Hello, hello, any body home. ? I could go on but if your not going to do anything, what is the point? Moron! More on, the nipple of disinformation and benefits, them. Moooooo, Baaaaaa. “The trial of ALL Crimes, shall be by Jury;” How many people in Jail that have never seen a Jury, How many Juries know the Constitution? “In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the RIGHT of trial by Jury shall be preserved, ”
